To this end, they should maintain a free, open and nondiscriminatory multilateral trading system and not follow exclusive trade standards, rules and systems so as to avoid global market segmentation and trade system differentiation. They should discuss how to improve global investment rules, guide the rational flow of capital in global development and more effectively allocate development resources.
