　　中央经济工作会议明确，我国二氧化碳排放力争2030年前达到峰值，力争2060年前实现碳中和。要抓紧制定2030年前碳排放达峰行动方案，要加快调整优化产业结构、能源结构，推动煤炭消费尽早达峰，大力发展新能源。

　　译文：

　　With China already committing to peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060, the Central Economic Work Conference urged quicker steps to come up with an action plan that enables the peaking of emissions. It called for accelerated efforts to better the industry and energy structures and enable the peaking of coal consumption at an early date while bolstering the development of new energy.

　　应对气候变化《巴黎协定》代表了全球绿色低碳转型的大方向，是保护地球家园需要采取的最低限度行动，各国必须迈出决定性步伐。中国将提高国家自主贡献力度，采取更加有力的政策和措施，二氧化碳排放力争于2030年前达到峰值，努力争取2060年前实现碳中和。

　　The Paris Agreement on climate change charts the course for the world to transition to green and low-carbon development. It outlines the minimum steps to be taken to protect the Earth, our shared homeland, and all countries must take decisive steps to honor this Agreement. China will scale up its Intended Nationally Determined Contributions by adopting more vigorous policies and measures. We aim to have CO2 emissions peak before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060.
