　　We should support more retirees to care for the next generations and nurture new generations of young people who are well-prepared to join the socialist cause. Retirees are regarded as a treasure for the Party and the state and an important source of strength for enhancing the ideological and political education of youngsters.

　　Youths are the future of a country and hope of a nation. Retired officials, experts, teachers and role models as well as veterans have been promoting the healthy growth of young people since the founding of China working committee of care for the next generations 30 years ago.

　　要支持更多老同志参加关心下一代工作，为培养社会主义建设者和接班人做出新的更大贡献。老同志是党和国家的宝贵财富，是加强青少年思想政治工作的重要力量。

　　青少年是祖国的未来和民族的希望。中国关心下一代工作委员会(关工委)成立30年来，团结带领广大老干部、老专家、老教师、老模范、老战士等离退休老同志，为促进青少年健康成长发挥了重要作用。
