  Firstly, in order to makes sure that the canteen can really benefits your staff, it’s important to take the employees’ opinions into consideration. For example, you can a survey about what the price of the food can be charged among staff.This is to ensure the food won’t be too expensive to them as well as to avoid raising complaint . ( should be placed, such as TV, the shape of the table, and the color of the wall so as to create a comfortable place for them to relax while eating)

  Secondly, cost to the company is also important. Without money, no canteen can be set up. You need to make sure the cost is within your budget.
