　　sp1. 看电影看书神马的我们提供一个temporary escape from our life啊。可以花两小时immerse yourself into another interesting world 不失为一种很好的放松啊。随便举个例子，比如我的go-to example here就一定是fast and furious 系列啦。

　　sp2. 当然the common knowledge运动也挺帮助我们放松的。运动还能刺激我们大脑分泌多巴胺呢。但是你可以反驳回去啊，说对你自己曾经有过很多运动相关的traumatic experience 所以每次想到要运动有各种摔倒啊受伤的风险你就又挺害怕的。overall 放松作用就没有看电影好啦!
